Don't have an RV, no worries. Come camp with us in our Woodland Cabin where you can enjoy all the best aspects of camping with some extra comforts. The Woodland Cabin comfortably sleeps four.

Sit outside and enjoy the fresh air on the front porch or relax by a fire in the back yard of our Woodland Cabin.
Inside you'll be welcomed by all the comforts of home. Step into the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and recliner, fireplace, and a TV with Roku access.
The kitchen comes complete with all the essentials needed for cooking and enjoying your meals. You'll feel right at home preparing your meals and snacks with the included microwave, stove/oven, and full-size refrigerator.
Rest easy in the bedroom, which includes a queen bed, nightstands, a dresser, and TV with Roku access.
Fresh linens and towels are included with the cabin rental so there is no need to bring your own. A washer/dryer combo is also available inside the cabin for your laundry needs.
No smoking/vaping or pets permitted in the Woodland Cabin.

Holiday Weekends Include: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Christmas in July, Labor Day, and Halloween weekends.
A per reservation service/booking fee is not included in the rates listed above.

Rates and Reservations
Cabin sleeps up to four people and rental requires at least one adult to be present in the cabin. Parking space is available for two vehicles at the cabin. Complimentary parking is available for additional vehicles near the campground entrance. Tohickon Family Campground reserves the right to change or modify pricing without notice.
Weekend reservations must include both Friday and Saturday nights.
Check in time for the cabin is 3 PM. Check out time is 11AM. Later checkout may be available; please check with the office. We know how hectic it can be rounding up the kids.
Reservations are confirmed upon the receipt of payment.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the start of the reservation will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to the start of the reservation will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available for reservations cancelled less than 8 days prior to the start of the reservation. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather. For Holiday and Halloween Weekends, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the start of the reservation, and will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee. No refund is available for reservations on Holiday and Halloween Weekends cancelled less than 15 days prior to the start of the reservation.
Since camping is an outdoor activity, we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather.
Special Event Weekends (Holiday Rates)
Holiday weekends requiring a three (3) night minimum include Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
Holiday weekends requiring a two (2) night stay include Christmas in July and all Halloween Weekends.

The creek running through is very peaceful, the open spaces are really well laid out for kids to play and the sites are moderately level (two layers of Legos were needed on the trailer). The store is well stocked, and the pool is very nice."
